I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Everything is looking fab and perfectly positioned and the curtain poles will not be coming down in a hurry! Everywhere left spotless too. I'll definitely be in touch the next time I need work doing. I can't comment on the any work carried out but we had him booked in to attend, he did not turn up on the day and when I messaged him I had no reply, not very happy as I took time out of work.

Ken came round, agreed a price and date to do the work then just didn't turn up. Not the best really.

General construction, refurbishment .......
Alex has completely refurbished my bathroom and i am thrilled with the result. Alex is very skilled and his work is excellent. He takes pride in what he does, and his attention to, and the care he takes with the smallest details, are not seen so often these days. Alex is obliging and helpfull with advice, and will consult his customer on details. He gets on with the job and does not mind staying late until he's finished what he is doing and cleans up before he leaves. He is a very pleasant man.
John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.

Fitted window but required snagging. Window was fitted properly but one of the plastic corner protectors had been left in place whilst fitting which the window fitter offered to remove and correct the fitting.
