The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. was a bit premature with my review, it is now March and job was started in Nov/Dec. Still waiting for edging to be attached to worktops, after being told they would be done about 4 weeks ago. My wife stayed in all day, but no show and no message or apology. Also wasn't consulted about which way the pelmets were fitted, although there was someone in the house all day. Consequently had to buy extra pelmet so they could be done again, no apology and refused to give the cost of the pelmet. Communication poor.

I have recently started self employed work. My main trade is kitchen fitting but I also do general handyman work aswell. My communication skills are very good and I am fairly priced (receipts are always provided for materials etc). My reputation and reviews are very important to me so I will do everything I can to make sure the customer is happy with all aspects of work carried out.
We consider ourself artisan of natural stones, we also passionate about tiles: expecially large format, which we could use to manufacture many item around bathrooms, kitchen and even furniture. But nothing pleases us more than a satisfy customer.
So lucky to get such a great tiler, Paolo is hardworking and professional and his job was priced very competitively. I would thoroughly recommend Paolo and will use him again in the future. 5* definitely Peter Marsh.
