First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision.
