I am writing concerning the excellent service and work undertaken by Wayne Triggs Building Services for Pennine Lancashire Community Farm as small Charity in Burnley. Wayne Triggs supported by Graham help us create a 168 square meter wooden frame building. Wayne worked positively with the Charity in undertaking all tasks, including sourcing appropriate materials, agreeing tasks, providing effective contacts etc. The end of this process has been the creation of fantastic environmental friendly building.
From changing taps to full bathroom installations, heating and plumbing engineers of a high standard. Can do everything from start to finish and always leave the place clean and tidy. Full tiling jobs undertaken, plastering, all joinery work. Media walls and downstairs toilets.
Would highly recommend. Came and gave a quote for labour and materials within 48hrs, and forward about availability. Work was completed within 4 days to a high standard. Great attention to deal on tiling, and trim/grout colours.

Didn’t want the job as it was too messy

We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!
