The fence was poorly installed, no tension and badly 'mangled' in places. We had told Roger that we would pay when the work was completed to our satisfaction. He said he had finished, we were not repared to pay. until we were happy. Talking to his boss, we were told that is not how things are done. A fence had been installed, thus we had to pay. Eventually after long conversation with the boss( Brian McDonagh ,it was his account that monies were paid ) , we paid 90%. NEVER use these p[eople

Great work replacing the decking & treatment applied. Only negative to be cautious is that Dave Quoted a price to replace the entire decking & we agreed to proceed. Dave ripped off all the rotten wood as prep. Next day he comes back bumping up the price few hundreds saying prices of wood increased. I might have felt threatened at some point that he’d stop the work if I didn’t agree. Was forced to agree on the new price to get the already ripped off decking work completed.

From the first visit from John to give us our quote and discuss design and layout we received great service. They obtained permission for dropped kerb and completed the two car driveway with little bit of landscaping in two days. David, Lewis & Anthony worked hard and left everything tidy and all rubbish was collected the next day. Would definitely recommend. No payment was required until job completed to our satisfaction. I wrote Sub standard work. Dos not honour guarantee. Left a lot of mess. Makes up problems that are not there.. I want to make this clear RGM roofing are a high quality outfit. That he dose honour his guarantee which last for 10 years. He clears up his mess. And far from making problems up he points out what might happen. I contacted rated people to have the bad review removed both by phone and two weeks of emails. Rated people have done absolutely nothing they don’t answer their emails or their phone.
