Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Not tidy workers ,splashes of cement all over existing and new pavers which are difficult to remove . Untidy pointing and Pond leaked through when filled . Not good .
