Unfortunately I can't leave no stars ad that is all this so called building company deserves.They are also unable to tell the truth in their response to Our review.No it wasn't a 3mm drop, when he went back to b+q to get more products to further his bodge up My Wife measured the drop(he claimed at the time it was 5mm.can't even remember his own lies)The drop was 13 mm.Ues He came back and had a 2nd attempt to rectify the bodged job,making an even worse mess.By this time We were both sick to death of him

Ian came quickly to give us a quote. The quote was excellent and he came to do the work within days. Couldn't ask for better especially in these trying times! Absolutely appalling service. The contractor was unreliable, rude, and failed to turn up as agreed. I paid £1,300, only to discover that the work was dangerous and substandard. I ultimately had to pay another professional to start the job again from scratch. In my experience, this was a complete waste of money and I would strongly advise others to avoid using this service. 0/5
Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. After two phone conversations, we agreed on a specific date for the work to begin. Unfortunately, the contractor did not turn up, even though I had taken a day off work specifically for the installation. Communication was also very poor, with messages going unanswered and no clear notice that the appointment would not go ahead. Overall, this was very unprofessional and resulted in nothing but a waste of my time.

Craig and his team (Carne, Jason and the carpenters) were excellent. They were friendly, hard-working and tidy. They coped with unforeseen issues very competently. The communication between trades and with ourselves was very good. We have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again.
