Tree and ground control carried out some general gardening work at my property. They attended on time and carried out the hedge and tree work in a very proffesional manner, cleaned all cuttings up and the price was very reasonable! Most of the time I was out at work, he called everyday when he was leaving to update me on progress. Admin terrible, missed first appointment. Made excuses and eventually arrived about 3 weeks late. Covid-19 was the excuse offered for missing second appointment. I had to give source for concrete posts. They worked hard, but the standard of their work is not great when it comes to cutting panels to fit non standard gaps. They are very pleasant on site, but once I paid them in full, bad mistake, they have not replied to my email requesting that they correct problems. It will be simpler to do it myself.
The tradesmen only came to see the job and never turned up for the job. No replies to text messages or calls. Not reliable as there is no communication from him.
