Tree and ground control carried out some general gardening work at my property. 2 people turned up about 6 weeks ago I explained what was required they measured up said they send me a quote but to date nothing has been heard from them. The reason I gave 1 star was that turned up and there was way to rate no stars. I would not recommend this company to anyone very unprofessional

TTO completed a large kitchen renovation in our house. The standard that they have completed it to is fantastic. Adam and Dan have did a great job, we are really happy. Adam was flexible to our design changes once the project was underway. We had the bottom of our garden cleared, new featherboard and slatted fencing, shed base and new patio. They also moved some existing plants and reused some existing materials where we wanted to. Dan did a great job with the fences and worked really hard throughout the job! The garden was left clear and they repaired an existing slab that became loose during the work!

The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

Mixed experience. I've never had anyone work on my house who shows such a lack of respect for my property. Despite being asked 3 times to be careful and to cover plants, etc, our garden was trampled and rubbish, including nails, scattered everywhere. We had to spend several hours clearing up after they had finished. This attitude showed up in the work too, some of which needed redoing. End result is OK; I still think it could have been neater
