Very honest , transparent, and polite team , providing a service from concept design to finished product Unfortunately last job was unfinished due to an accident in filey in where I drowned trying to rescue someone in the sea Tragic failed rescue has miraculous happy ending , on youtube I suffered memory loss and severe problems after this and after working for another firm for short while I am ready to start again on my own so please take this into consideration with my last review

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Had a visit from A1 Gardening today and was very pleased with the service I received. The staff were polite and attentive at all times. They involved me in all the decisions made and made sure I was happy with every part of the job. They also cleaned every last leaf before they left, and took it all away with them

We had a couple of awkward unfinished jobs in our garden and needed some help to finish them. Alex helped suggest options and gave us a quote, which we were happy with. They replied quickly, came when said and sent me a written quote by email. They came on the day they said they would and worked into the evening with flood lights. They came back next day to clean up. I have however discovered they took a panel off our Decking and did not put it back. I have messaged them but no reply. So five stars for quote and timing. I would give less for the after service. We will however be getting them back later in the year for a shed/garden house construction.
