Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Their challenge was to strip my flat roof & replace years of bodged felt , rotten boarding & rotten joists. They were highly professional, communicative, organised & very skilled in their undertaking of my job. I got my flat roof repaired because it leaked, guess what, it still leaks. Futhermore. I've now got a damaged ceiling with holes in. These guys haven't returned any of my messages since 24th Oct. They've taken £450 for guttering and facia, which wasn't completed. I have text messages and videos of rain coming sent to them, if anyone would like to see them
