I also do new build houses from wall plate to finish and fit fascia boards and soffits. Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. When her turned up, started but seldom finished jobs on the same day. Two days work took five weeks and cost increased by almost double. Without exception, every job had to be re- done by another tradesman when Daniel Evans refused to take my calls about the water pouring through my ceiling following a bodged shower instalation.This is just One example of the abismal workmanship and ethics or lack of! Evans broke fixtures that were not part of any job he was involved in and simply disguised the damage. 0/10

Kyle Cummings came to repair our flat roof. What we thought was a successful repair, which we paid £500 for 1-1½hours work, 6 weeks with little rain, first heavy rain, bedroom ceiling still leaking. Kyle came on 7th June, he said it was new leak from chimney, flashing causing rain to run down a joist, £400 paid. No cat ladder used, his mate fell down the roof onto the flat roof, damaging it on the way down, leak 10 times worse. They knew they had damaged it. Making lots of excuses not to return. Don't trust
