Had guttering and downpipes replaced. The rafters where they emerge at the bottom of the roof were painted, as well as a shield fitted beneath the lowest roof tiles to prevent water ingress via the existing weathered felting. Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
