Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Gerwyn from GR Jones Brickwork Limited did an absolutely superb job fitting a DPC Tray also replaced very damaged plasterboard on the inside of my patio door. He also skimmed the whole wall inside.
