Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. AVOID! Jon seemed done good job at the time. He also charging high as positions him as highly experienced professional. 18 months after the roof leaked and Pompelli didn't assume any responsibility and declared that he give only 12 moths guaranty. Council building control failed his installation due incorrect insulation installed and created moist being trapped under roof, room became dump, channeled electrical cables and cut beams, that led to ceiling drop by 4 inches. We had to hire a real builder to fix!

We are 24 hour locksmiths covering Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. We come to you to unlock doors, replace failed locks, cut keys, upgrade existing locks. I've been locksmithing for over 20 years and have worked at some of the national companies over that time and have seen how some of them treat customers... Without customers we wouldn't have a business and so all customers have to be treated properly - some of those larger companies didn't seem to understand this. The amount of van stock we carry is huge, ensuring that we have the parts to get the job done. I live in Gloucester, and can give a fast response to people who need our services quickly. It's all too easy to call a company that you think is local - only to find that it's based in a town on the other side of the country and that it doesn't have any locksmiths on the books as staff, but rather picks up the phone to locksmiths closer to the customer trying to get the job done and get some commission for it. Unfortunately I can't leave no stars ad that is all this so called building company deserves.They are also unable to tell the truth in their response to Our review.No it wasn't a 3mm drop, when he went back to b+q to get more products to further his bodge up My Wife measured the drop(he claimed at the time it was 5mm.can't even remember his own lies)The drop was 13 mm.Ues He came back and had a 2nd attempt to rectify the bodged job,making an even worse mess.By this time We were both sick to death of him
