Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Jim and Sam replaced our fence perimeter around our house and added a shed base at the back. They did a great job. It was not an easy job but they took their time to make sure they got it just right. Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

Martin is certainly the most honest, realistic and trustworthy trades person I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. We’ve renovated a few properties over the years dealt with dozens of tradespeople, both good and bad and Martin sits at the top of the good pile. He had a passion for the job, charged a reasonable price and showed knowledge and commitment.
