Hired John to remove excess carpet,underlay and laminate waste. Fair price, punctual, nice and tidy work. Would love to get him back for any building maintenance work in future.

Not just a builder/joiner but a good project manager and a genuine nice guy. James knocked down our wall between our kitchen and dining room and then fitted our new kitchen with new floor. The job was of high quality and was done within the time frame set out. James sorted out the plumber and plasterers and if there was an issue with one of my tradesmen (electrician) James was always on hand to provide advice and a solution to the problem. Great set of lads and will use again in the future if needed!

Danny installed a 5 camera UHD CCTV and House Alarm system for us last year exactly as per his quote. Followed up afterwards as well when we needed some help... All in all a great job - would recommend him highly...

In addition to replacing the spot lights I asked Raef to replace my bathroom floors with LVT flooring. The result was excellent! The job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with the minum of fuss or delay. Although not cheap, I am more than happy with the finished result, and would have no hesitation in contacting RT Property Services for any future jobs. Very Highly Recommended.

Joe was very professional, punctual, tidy and all at a competitive price! Woukd like to recommend woziack to anyone. He’s just done a fantastic job on my full bathroom refit. Did it while I was on holiday so came back to a fantastic new bathroom. Also proved what an honest guy he was been in my home alone. Bern a tradesman myself I could have been highly critical but couldn’t find one fault. Excellent finish. Thanks
