Hi I have been a joiner for a little over 10 years now, I did my apprenticeship as a bench joiner so attention to detail is key for me. What a mess of a job leaks , sink and bathroom not fitted properly, seals bought not used. Very disappointing to say the least avoid avoid job took 3 days then get insulated that Victoria plumbing materials were cheap and threats to visit and rip out poor workmanship one of the worst handy man services ever not a construction firm more subcontracting non competent people. Had to get proper plumber to rectify mess

We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!

I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.
