Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

Ours was quite a specialist job, as the scaffold at the rear of the house had to bridge our whole conservatory which is 30ft x 12ft. Did work which was described. Thought extra was a bit expensive so didn’t go ahead. Came down in price as soon as I said it was too expensive. Stated the tiles were and felt were loose. I saw from the picture it was just the end cap that had moved and was no problem. Stated he would have needed to reset it and if not it would leak. I had a new roof done within the past 5 years.
