We have found drainage problems which the insurance company will not honour due to incorrect installation during this project. This has cost us dearly.

I cannot speak highly enough of the MBS team. They were everything one would expect from a service provider. Replaced two external doors, came at short notice to complete the work. Was always on time, very helpful and courteous and the work carried was to a very good standard. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. My neighbours and I got together as the wall at the back of the garages fell down exposing the rooves. It was complicated co-ordinating and locating everyone. Joe stepped in and got the job done competently and professionally, with considerable people skills. He did everything we asked of him and we are really pleased with the work. He gives a five year guarantee too which is reassuring. Everything checks out about Joe and he has proved himself to be trust-worthy. We employed the right company.

Fitted window but required snagging. Window was fitted properly but one of the plastic corner protectors had been left in place whilst fitting which the window fitter offered to remove and correct the fitting.

Shame is fantastic, a rare find. I’d use him for anything I do going forwards if he has capacity. Finally got my dream kitchen, hand made with bespoke solid wood cabinets, start to finish in 2 weeks. Delighted!

DO NOT EMPLOY THIS BUILDER!! He has laid my wood flooring onto carpet without my knowledge and now the floor is ruined. He took on the job even though he wasn't qualified or capable of given that he told me he was,and has then stated that I told him to lay down the wood flooring onto carpet. I can CATEGORICALLY deny that. He now will not answer my calls to discuss this. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND A LIE.
