This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This company contacted me after my request for a quote. We discussed all the details and they were helpful at first. They promised to provide a quote the next day or two but 3 weeks later and I am still waiting. Even after they read my whats app messages they dont reply. It is basic respect to reply when a customer is chasing a 3 week old request. Don't bother with them they waste your time. I cant give no stars but they deserve it. IF they cannot find time to do a quote they shouldn't chase more work.

Don’t really want to give a star, my budget was under £250 they wanted £350 to clean a gutter less than 10m in length my gutter is still blocked and I’ve had to hire someone else to do the job which cost £60 for the front and the back rather than the rip off £200 I was charged by these guys I won’t be using them or rated people again
