The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. Initial service was great. But grass that was laid hasn’t last a year with a lot of patches and bits that have died. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I was looking for a builder to do an extension at back. Gulf Builder provided me with advice on materials, exact cost and time. They have done a fantastic job in short span of time and delivered the job to my absolute satisfaction. Rare to find.
I'd highly recommend John. He managed our expectations well from the start - turned up on time to quote, delivered a quote the next day as promised, provided references when we asked for them (who backed up that he's a good builder), found a space in his schedule quickly to fit our job in, did it quickly, efficiently and leaving no mess afterwards. And charged us a reasonable amount for the work. Couldn't speak more highly of him, and will definitely ask him to quote on our extension when we progress with the planning.

This man was fantastic He put a cat flap into a brick wall , he even went further as to put shelving for the cat to walk along as i am in a first floor flat, he was very pleasant , cleaned up after himself , and very reasonable rates, I would recommmend him to any one that needs his skills without a doubt .
