Our approach is practical and safety-first: every job is planned with site-specific Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS), COSHH control where required, and a clear sequence-of-works so clients and auditors always know how a job will progress. We operate with experienced operatives and sub-contractors who hold the appropriate qualifications and tickets (CSCS, CPCS for plant, PASMA/IPAF where required, and registered Gas engineers for any gas work). All works are carried out under our management and are covered by full public liability and employers’ liability insurance. We pride ourselves on clear communication, on-time completion and tidy handovers. I am a small Ipswich based business that has many years of experience of maintenance on property's and i have a good client base on property’s and industrial units inc all the decorating for the penrose learning trust and work for ancient house printing ,Thompsons estate management and Bloor Homes and also Bolton Brother’s I never take payment till the client is happy and never ask for money up front I can supply proof of an upper tier carriers licence to carry rubbish legally in accordance with the law and I have 5 million public liability insurance I also have an enhanced d b s certificate in place
