George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. What should have been a straightforward connection of electric oven to wall spur turned out to be not the case, due most likely to a problem with the (brand new) building’s wiring - John of Eagle Service went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue, which the council have now passed on to their builders to address. We have nothing but praise for John, and would happily use him again. John was friendly, efficient, professional, on time, and a pleasure to have in to do the job.
