Good tradesperson! Iounut completed the entire flat and painted it to a very good standard..clean edges, attention to detail etc. He arrived punctually and worked efficiently without cutting corners, and the job was done within schedule. Also he stayed exactly within our agreed budget with no hidden costs and re-selling. The flat now looks transformed and I'm quite impressed. Professional, helpful, and skilled. I would definitely hire Iounut again, and not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Didn't go ahead because kitchen fitter can also complete building work but felt confident about Can Construction completing job due to their professionalism and efficiency in supplying all information requested. Flavius is an excellent builder - and his team are quick, efficient and professional. Apart from that, I want to say as someone who was completely new to building projects, Flavius was extremely helpful in advising me (as I had no project manager/architect overseeing things) and made the whole process so much better. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
