We are a family-run business established in 2018, with over 8 years of experience in the trade. Based in Blackburn, we provide a wide range of property and outdoor services for both residential and commercial customers. Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
We are a family run business with over 15 years in the building trade. From joiners, plumbers, electricians, painting/decorators, landscapers and plasterers we have it all. We take great pride in our work and customer care is priority. We do apply an out of hours charge after 6pm, weekends and bank holidays.
Super quick and professional. David came direct from another job and sorted things out for me at a competitive price within half hour if me posting the job. First class service would definitely use again. Cheers David
