So, John contacted me promptly to discuss my job (the following day). He was courteous, friendly and professional, asking the necessary questions to understand our job better. After our conversation, John arranged to come round same day to see the job and give us a quote. If we take him on for the job I'm sure he would be as prompt and professional in getting the job done.

They employ sales people rather than designers and offer average standards at a huge mark-up. This is not what we are about. Unlike many contractors, we don't give discounts only to make our money back somewhere else. We're upfront about our charges and, thanks to our low overheads, we're happy to say that we are much more cost-effective.
