The work itself was very good, and while on the job, they were quick, consistent and polite. Problems occurred with finishing off and a number of issues are still outstanding. There were mitigating circumstances - serious illness in the company - but communications with us have been erratic and we are left with a few outstanding issues that we have to deal with ourselves.

Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. A fantastic job by Adam who, on his own, widened existing window and door gaps, fitted new window/door, re-skimmed walls and ceilings (including removing artex and beams from the ceiling), decorated, tiled and fitted a new kitchen supplied by us (including the installation of gas hob, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher) and laid a new floor. Adam is excellent value for money and extremely reliable. Highly recommended!
