I am qualified in several construction led courses as stated below. I am physically fit with a good head for heights and working in confined spaces. Precise, accurate and reliable hard worker with good communication skills, self motivated and confident with the ability to work as part of a team. I can take charge if required and confident to be able to lead a team. I am keen to develop and attend the relevant training programmes to learn more with a view to progressing within certain job roles, updating current skills and keeping my portfolio current. I am aware of the importance of keeping within the Health and safety regulations and the importance of using the correct PPE. Liam came to sort my leaking roof on 1/11/19. Claimed there was more loose tiles on roof and charged me extra to put all of them in place- no pictures provided to prove this, like what other roofers do. Didn’t give me a receipt and promised to email this together with a 5 year guarantee he promised me for paying xtra. He ignored my texts and has now blocked my number. I’d never use him again and not I’m not even sure he even fixed the leak. Unprofessional, disgusting and don’t recommend. Wasted my £200.
