George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Excellent work. Hired him to replace wooden decking in garden he did an excellent job and then rebuilt the roof on an outbuilding repaired a wall and fitted a new garden gate. Very versatile, polite and punctual. reasonable rates as well.

The work started a bit later than expected but foul weather had delayed earlier outside painting jobs. When the work started it was completed quickly, neatly and without fuss. Terrible builder, he will not give a receipt or invoice for any of the work carried out. He said he finished all the work then i paid him because i trusted him. I made the mistake of paying without checking all the work and without receiving the invoice. He only did half of the work he quoted for. I unfortunately paid the full amount. The shed he built lets in water every time it rains. He didn’t fix any of the gutters he quoted for. The list is long.
