I do agree with feedback reviewed by Jeff 24 April "NO FILLING NO SANDING JUST PAINTING AND NO CUTTING IN, VERY POOR SKILL LEVEL NO ATTEMPT TO ADDRESS SHORTCOMINGS CRACKS APPEARING AFTER 4 WEEKS...........VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP VERY DISAPPOINTING AND £4K COST SO I FEEL RIPPED OFF AND HAVE SPENT 4 WEEKS RECTIFYING" Moreover, I sent an email to the painter about the flaws he has left behind and you don't hear anything from him. I am in the state of regret to hire him for interior painting including woods.

I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. NOT A QUALIFIED BUILDER! Promised to complete all work in 4 days. Arrived after 11am each day. Insisted on full payment or wouldn't complete work, so I paid in full. Pergola not installed. Waited another week, I asked to be refunded for unfinished work; he refused, I Kept his tools until refunded. He threatened to destroy my garden. I returned tools but no refund given. Poor-quality work. Didn't use whacker to level ground; it was very uneven. Had to remove grass to have it relayed correctly.
