Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
