The picture above is of a property well over four hundred years old, very recently we finished this project for our clients after nearly two years spent refurbishing the whole of there home and a further house in the grounds, along with constructing a new kitchen and dinning room. We undertook the damp proofing, re-plastering, carpentry, re-wiring, decoration and even put up the curtain poles and hung the curtains also, and re finished all of the furniture that you can see. Our tradesmen are time served most with 30 plus years in there own professions (having completed both apprenticeships and training by the CITB Construction Industry Training Board) at Chichester Technical Collage. STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.
