No reservations in recommending William Winter. He and his two lads attended promptly and worked diligently to repair the chimney and roofing to a high standard. The boys were polite and appreciative of cold drinks offered. William took photos of the damage and his quote was more than reasonable. The building work and the new kitchen was the biggest project undertaken so far on our first home and we wanted to ensure that we had a builder with whom we could work along with well. From the outset we have been impressed with the professional approach not just in the actual work but in all your communications with us, be it emails, quotations or invoices. Everything was explained in a detailed and understandable manner. Given the age of our property (a Victorian terrace) and our prior experience of having discovered areas of questionable DIY(!), we were not surprised that unforeseen problems arose with the kitchen. These were dealt with in the same professional way and with the least amount of trouble to us. When we have further projects to complete on our home, we will definitely contact for a quotation.
