Tom, arrived on the time and on the date agreed and provided a first class service rebuilding our dry stone wall as i had major concerns the wall was about to collapse on to our vehicle. PB installed a new Velux window where an old skylight had been positioned. The job turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated. However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. They were punctual, polite, friendly, and professional and the job was reasonably priced.
