A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

Dan at IdealDecor originally fitted a replacement lock to a store cupboard for me – great job. He then completed a half flat decoration while tenants were living there – not an easy task. The work was spot on, consistent with quote and that in itself makes him highly recommendable.
