I first of all went to see the flat before moving in and it was absolutely disgraceful and put me off. I got the professional painter group to come and help me with what was possible. He explained very clearly on every process on what he could do. And I'm lost to find the word's to describe how pleased i am now. Needed all old rendering removed and new rendering applied to back yard. Work commenced a week after quote. Two staff came first day to remove old render. Took about two hours or so. The next day three staff came and spent all day completing the job. Even did a bit extra by re pebbledashing over front wondow afer original had detached during a storm. Staff were polite a friendly. Yard is now nice and bright and no longer drab and damaged.
