James will be my first point of contact for all building and plumbing related works until he retire. After having multiple quotations, we decided to give this job (complete bathroom refurbishment & kitchen tiling). His quotation was reasonable, and after seeing the outcome - we feel every penny is worth. We have got a quote without having enough knowledge, and proper design. But James took care of everything, he did research, he came up with design & plan - finally it's looking far better than we thought.

Andre and team did a great job with the shed /summerhouse construction, and were very accommodating with the request to build it at short notice ( (within 5 days) and alter the layout of the building to meet our requirements. Lawrence from J & L Gas & Renewables Limited plumbed and fitted a new garden tap today 8th May. He quoted us a very competitive price, arrived on time, and did a wonderful and very professional job. Everything was left clean and tidy including refitting the drawers into the kitchen sink unit.
