Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

The standard of work was excellent - way better than I have ever experienced. I am so lucky to have found this company. Always on time, turned up when expected - stayed late to finish, tidied up after themselves EVERY day - pleasant and courteous and excellent, excellent finish! I am really delighted and cannot recommend this Company enough. I have already had people around to look at the quality - it is seriously good.
