We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Our assessments cost: £140 including guidance and a full report which details the source(s) of the damp & mould, how to eradicate the issues. - Lime rendering & plastering with horse hair. - Lime pointing. - Masonry repairs. - Paint removal using the Thermatech hot steam cleaning system. - Brick/stone feature walls. - lime wash - Breathable Painting. - lime plaster/render We often work with conservation officers from the authorities to ensure our works are of the highest standards.

I would highly recommend Simon, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable & externally skilful. Simon completed some adaptations to my kitchen. We agreed a price (very reasonable) booked the work in which Was completed in good time and he cleaned up afterwards! Nothing was too much trouble, I will be recommending to friends and Family.

Coopers provided an excellent service. Jack came and reviewed the problem, showing me photos of the leak and damage, and gave various options and prices of what I could do. In the end, I decided on a full roof replacement along with guttering and soffits. I got them to fit a Velux window and sun tunnel too. The project management was excellent. Scaffolding came within a day and work started following Monday. The job was completed in four days to a professional standard. Highly recommended.

Stewart my work partner and myself Adam, combined have over 60 years experience in the building industry. We run a small friendly team of committed guys that have everyone in mind when it comes to health and safety and maintaining a clean and tidy work site with minimal disruption while works commence. Our primarily trades are carpentry/joinery, bricklaying, plumbing, plastering and landscaping. however Stewart and i alone have served lengthy apprenticeships with our fathers and right from the off have turned our hands to all aspects of the building trade. Most importantly we value our customers criteria and strive to go the extra mile in both keeping to strict rota and maintain the job is not only completed within the time frame but to a high standard. Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done
