Sorry to add this bad report but I’ve waited quite a long time for Tom to come and amend his bad work. Still hasn’t come and is now ignoring all calls etc. First rainfall my patio has two areas, one side of the house the patio has a massive pool of water standing not draining away. I’ve repeatedly called and asked Tom to come. He came once and drilled a couple of holes, that hasn’t solved the problem. He is not responding to me now so I’m stuck with it. Paid a lot of money and so dissatisfied

It is always a scary prospect to use someone you haven’t used before. If that is you let me put your mind at rest. From the first contact Richard was superb and on job day punctual, polite and tidy. The paint job was excellent and they even did a little extra filling where needed. I would highly recommend J &R and it’s not just painting they do lots of things. I’ll definitely use them again. Wayne is a very hard worker and produced great results in the flat. Due to distance and other commitments I wasn't able to be on site very much, but he is more than able to get on with the job by himself and is highly trustworthy. The place looks completely transformed. The finish of the plastering and ceilings is especially good.
