I am a fully qualified nvq level3 insured painter and decorator. I also have a skilled blue cscs health and safety valid card customers have said I'm a mature reliable friendly person who cares about peoples feelings and situations, my father was a painting and decorating contractor primarily for new build houses which is were I started and learnt from 16 I'm now 46 and have never been out of work my son works with me also and is currently learning the trade under my supervision and college my father wound down his company and I started doing some of my own work at a pub called the farmers home in Durley in the 90s which turned into a full dec through the summer.After I worked for a well known established painting and decorating company in Southampton for 17 years and then another for 6 years and then there's now we're I'm enjoying my own work rather then new built work. In my time I've done council work, garages, shops, restaurants, factory's, listed commercial and residential.I enjoy my job and I am passionate about what I do and I love making peoples projects a success.

Bellhurst Construction gave me a very detailed quote and were able to start the job promptly. Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. The team were polite and worked hard through some of the hottest days of the year! The end result is wonderful and really makes the most of the garden.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Jack from Quality Property Decor did a really good job! He painted around my front door, and the porch, and also re did the front window-sill. He was pleasant and went above and beyond, and painted the top of my wall and under the window! He was very efficient. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use him again.

Hi I’m Chris self employed for 19 years in the decorating industry, all the usual decorating stuff undertaken,interior,exterior,wallpapering,however I’m making the transition over to spray painting kitchens,furniture,and interior wood and walls, upvc windows, etc, i believe this will give the customer a superior finish with quicker turnaround for both parties, once seen I think you’ll agree.
