He quoted £100,000 to do the job in 6 weeks & promised it would be stress free, At 12 weeks in He was told I no longer wanted him to complete the job as I received an electric shock from a socket that was left as a bare cable protruding from the wall. He blamed everybody else then fired the only two decent builders as he held them responsible. Even though I had paid the third stage payment a day previous, I was too distressed and my health was declining due to the anxiety and stress he had caused. Avoid!!

Wall Doctor have now sent a very professional external coatings applicator and he has repaired the paintwork to our satisfaction. This has taken some time to resolve (Partly due to weather constraints) but we are now confident that the job has been done properly.

We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Hired paul to reconfigure my kitchen. He did not complete the job and walked out after 3 weeks leaving numerous jobs unfinished. Many things they did have had to be redone, the finish was shoddy and I don't think he knows what a right angle is. Would obviously not recommend, other tradesmen that have seen his workmanship have told me to report him to trading standards. He left me with a half finished job, saying he was not able to achieve the level of finish I was looking for.
