Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. I wrote Sub standard work. Dos not honour guarantee. Left a lot of mess. Makes up problems that are not there.. I want to make this clear RGM roofing are a high quality outfit. That he dose honour his guarantee which last for 10 years. He clears up his mess. And far from making problems up he points out what might happen. I contacted rated people to have the bad review removed both by phone and two weeks of emails. Rated people have done absolutely nothing they don’t answer their emails or their phone.

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.
