George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. George recently carried out some work at my property, including removing two stud walls, taking out an old toilet, and fitting a new sink. He quoted a very fair price, stuck to the agreed timescale, and completed everything to a high standard. He was punctual, professional, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The quality of his work was excellent, and the space looks much better now. I’d happily recommend George and will use him again in the future.

Andy chose an FD30 door. He asked for £250 in advance which I paid as he seemed trustworthy. He trimmed the door and has damaged top and bottom. No peephole as promised. The door is of no use as it does not comply to Fire Regs in many ways despite his assurances and can't be fixed. It is not self-closing, the gaps along the sides and top are too wide, a bit of the fame is missing where he removed the old lock. The intumescent strip is not properly attached. He is demanding more money on top of his quote.
