Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. Lee and Wayne did a superb job with the painting and decorating in our house. The quote was reasonable with the scope of work, their attention to detail was second to none and you could tell they were passionate about their profession. They turned up nice and early each day and left the house clean when they'd finished for the day. Good quality workmanship all round. I'll definitely be using them again in future and be recommending them to anyone I know personally who is looking for decorators.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.
