Hi, my name is Wojtek. I am from Poland and have been working in the construction industry for 20 years. I graduated from a construction school in Poland. I’ve been living in England for 11 years, where I’ve gained extensive knowledge of building materials, principles, and types of construction work. I mainly focus on general construction, but my specialty is complete bathroom renovations — from total demolition to final finishing (plastering, drywall installation, floor screeding, plumbing, minor electrical work, ceramic and porcelain tiling, bathroom installations, painting). I am also a professional in insulating external walls with polystyrene, mesh, and various types of plaster (mineral, acrylic, silicate). Similar to bathroom renovations, I am an expert in insulation as well. I have extensive experience in Poland and am gaining more practice in England, though this type of work is still less common here. So far, I have completed several full home renovations. As mentioned, I have no issues with painting (using a paint sprayer), plastering, radiator replacements or repositioning, minor electrical work (the only thing I don't do is laying carpets). Depending on the type and scale of the job, I can adjust the number of people needed to complete the project if necessary. Happy to recommend these builders, They carried out some tiling work, which was harder than it sounds as it was 3 huge toilets in a church. They worked to budget and time scale, working hard to keep the timings to fit in with the demands of a busy church. They kept the place clean and tidy so the church could function. The work was finished to a high standard, and they had a good attention to detail. They communicated well and sorted out the problems with ease.

Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Established over 80 years ago London Builders are FMB & NHBC registered & operate in Greater London providing a comprehensive range of services for residential properties from design and construction through to refurbishment, repairs & re-decoration.
They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.
