Sash Window solutions, headed by Andrew, made the whole process stress free . The timing of the fitting was negotiable and everything was made clear. Questions were answered and concerns addressed The work was done in one day, carpets and furniture protected and everything cleared up neatly afterwards. And the windows look lovely. I have 18 years experience working for a building company that does insurance claims. And now I have been self employed for 6 years. I have public liability insurance.
Unfortunately I couldn’t recommend Neil, original quote was £160 plus materials, (1 day job) took him 6 hours to do 10% of the job and ended up asking him to leave as it was going to cost a fortune to keep him on to finish the work. Also quoted £50 - £70 for materials and then in an email quoted it £135. He seems a nice guy but the quality of work was not acceptable for the price.
