George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I booked the gardener to come, didn't turn up, didn't answer phone, didn't respond to messages, terrible service, avoid! Update: eventually responded to my calls and messages an hour after he was supposed to be on the job. He said he had an emergency and would let me know an alternative date. That was three days ago. I get that people have emergencies, but I shouldn't have to chase for communications when Ive booked a service and been stood up. Not professional at all.
