Minerva Leadwork has been installing lead sheet to construction projects both domestic and commercial since 1987. We use the traditional working methods of bossing and lead welding, to fabricate bespoke flashing's and weathering details in lead; to modern domestic dwellings and listed buildings. Experts in period and heritage roof restoration, we have years of expertise in slating, tiling and re-roofing. From simple roof repairs to complete new roofs, we offer a comprehensive and professional service. Whether your building is modern or old, we have the solutions and skills to meet your requirements. Our ancillary services include flat roofing (including single ply E.P.D.M and GRP fibreglass roofing systems). A full first fix carpentry service, (installing weather boarding, fascias, rafters and dormers etc.) The installation of all roof line plastics, including fascia, soffits and guttering; and the installation of Velux windows and heritage roof windows and sky lights. We also rebuild and renovate brick built chimneys. We are fully insured and all of our work is guaranteed.

Craig carried out some roof repairs these were completed, with some issues with scaffolding being put up and taken down. However an issue with guttering which he was due return to fix has not been dealt with despite trying to get hold of him on many occasions.

Left me with a massive headache. Fitted oak cladding to stairs. Misaligned ballistrade, needs taking out. Many of the steps creak, quarterlanding creaks, (did not before). Joinery badly cut with no scribing. Damaged plaster where wood cut in situ. Left many holes in wall where handrail put up more than once because at wrong height. Removed a newel post, and joined ballustrade at 90 degrees - unsafe and against building regs. Left huge messes everywhere for us to clear up on several days. Took ages over the
